Hope Community is all about announcing that Hope is Here in our neighborhoods. To actually share some good news. Jesus reveals the best version of ourselves. He reaches into our hopelessness and imperfections and restores LIFE. The hopeless become hopeful, the broken become whole. He has made all things new. That news has changed our lives so much that we want to everyone to know Hope is Here!

Rules, Rituals, Religion – Really? We think Jesus came to show us a different way, a better way. At Hope Community , we believe that when you see Jesus without the religious baggage you’ll find someone undeniably life-changing and worth following. Everything we read about Jesus in the Bible paints a clear picture of a radical revolutionary who intended on turning our ways of thinking upside down. Jesus wasn’t interested in creating a new religious system of Do’s and Don’ts. Rather, Jesus’ irreligious message is that we can only find true peace and wholeness when we embrace a love-based relationship with God, others, and even our enemies.
We believe that in order to truly see Jesus, we need to reject the lens given to us by religion, and become a community who see with fresh eyes and re-live the accounts of Jesus. Join us as we do our best to discover who Jesus really is. |

Mic and Lindsay Cox are co-founders at Hope Community. They have been doing ministry together in the Mid-Ohio Valley for 13 years. Mic has been planting churches and building youth ministries for over two decades in Ohio and WV. Lindsay and Mic's heart has always been to declare Hope Is Here. They have 3 kids, Audrey, Ezra and Rowan. They are truly excited to see Hope Community share Hope and see folks encounter their true identity in the Creator.
